Before I got Engaged
I entered the Recruitment field unexpectedly in 2020, specialising in Commercial, Sales, and Accounts roles. I successfully placed candidates across a range of Administrative to Management positions, working with various Client’s. Since I began my career with Engage Recruitment, I have expanded my expertise into the Procurement and Supply Chain sector, which I find particularly fulfilling due to the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business operations.
Why I got Engaged
A key focus of mine is helping clients save time and money by working together to identify recruitment challenges and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. I am driven by building long-lasting, trusting relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding candidates' motivators throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a strong match between their skill sets and organisational culture.
What Engages Me
On a personal note, my dog Bailey is the baby I've never had. He lives a life of luxury, and when I'm not taking him on adventures an hikes (where he often gets puffed out, and I end up pulling him along), I enjoy being at the gym and socialising with family and friends. Oh, and did I mention? I am a food fanatic! Going out for breakfast, lunch and dinner is definitely one of my favourite things to do.
