Before I got Engaged
I have been in HR & Recruitment for 21 years, most of this time has been spent in an internal function, so I understand business needs, approvals, budgets, systems, reporting etc
15 years of this has been in the Life Science industry including CRO’s and pharmaceutical.
Why I got Engaged.
I almost cancelled the meeting but something in me said ‘what’s the harm?’ so I went. I knew the minute I met Nicole & Anne-Marie it was the right place for me. The first truly supportive environment I had found for years, with empathy, honesty & trust – no micromanaging.
What Engages Me.
People. Meeting new people, building and developing those relationships and nurturing them for years.
