Master Scheduler - Glasgow

You’re an established Master Scheduler with experience implementing manufacturing planning practices across a consistently changing company, looking to take that next step into a senior role.

You’ve worked within a busy scheduling function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience within the manufacturing industry.

You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and are looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you can:

• Develop and implement a new production schedule for a fast-paced manufacturing company.
• Work with different departments to utilise forward planning and working with current suppliers to ensure these plans are met.
• Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and different levels of management to ensure a clear and efficient production plan for the company.
• Work with current management to update or implement new data systems to improve procurement function.

And be:

• Competent in scheduling and planning methodologies.
• Influential toward all levels of management.
• Motivated to manage and deal with change effectively, handling different stakeholders and influencing best practice.
• Motivated to progress and come into the company with new ideas.
