Mechanical Design Engineer - Ayrshire

You’re a recent Mechanical Design Engineer graduate looking for the first step into an engineering career. You have worked on projects involving design and manufacturing knowledge, always aligning to the key principles of design and development.

As part of this role, you’ll be:
 

• Working independently and collaboratively as a team player
• Proficient with CAD packages
• Preparing material for design reviews
• Processing engineering design change notices
• Creating prototypes of new concepts and verifying designs with Production and Procurement teams.

Ideally, you’ll have:
 

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Demonstrated work/project experience with new product designs.
• Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
