Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal performance of production equipment.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with a skilled team to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the factory.
Contribute to project work and respond to emergency breakdowns as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong electrical and mechanical skills; ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of equipment.
Flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts following the competency period.
