Operations Manager - Falkirk/Clackmannan

You’re an established Operations Manager. You’ve overseen teams working on multiple projects within public and private commercial frameworks, involved from initial tender to final competition of projects.

You’ve worked within a fast-paced fit-out main contractor, proven yourself to be a strong communicator, worked with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience with bespoke high-value projects…but it’s still not enough.

You want to take the next step in your career. You’re looking to move into a contractor that is delivering end-to-end services on fit-out and new build projects. A family business that has grown into one of the UKs leading construction businesses.

You’ll be joining the team based in Edinburgh as their Operations Manager, playing a vital part in their ambitious growth plans in the central belt of Scotland.

• Be a dedicated and results-driven Manager with experience in high-value fit-out projects.
• Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
• Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
• Liaise effectively with clients and senior members of the company.

And be:

• Influential towards all levels of management.
• Experienced in day-to-day operations management of an established construction company.
• Motivated to manage and deal with change effectively.
• Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
• An industry expert, with knowledge of pre-construction and technical aspects of a project.
