We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects ranging from £10 million to £30 million in value. Based on the outskirts of Manchester, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-quality developments that shape the landscape of this thriving region.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against project plans and proactively resolve challenges to maintain momentum.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Report regularly on project milestones, financial performance, and risk management to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects of similar value (£10-30m).
• A strong background in construction project management, with expertise in managing both on-site and office-based operations.
• Excellent knowledge of project planning tools, risk management, and construction processes.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.
• A construction-related degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management) is preferred.
• Valid SMSTS and relevant safety certifications.
